Welcome to the Intech Rehabilitation Center! We are delightful to wish you have good time during your recovery at Intech Rehabilitation Center. Please read the tips below for your convenience.

Admission

•  Please have your passport, relevant medical records with you at admission.

•  The amount of deposit paid at admission will be varied from 30,000 to 200,000 RMB depend on your program. The deposit needs to be paid in RMB. Exchange service fees will occur if paid in other currencies. Our cashier will provide you with a deposit receipt. Please keep the receipt for your discharge process.

•  Your expenses will be deducted from the deposit. We'll inform you to renew your deposit once the balance is less than 3,000RMB.

•  You can ask our front desk staff to review your bill for any concern.

During Your Stay

•  We will designate a team for you, which is composed by a MD, a nurse and several therapists, at the first day of your admission.

•  Please feel free to consult with the team member for any information you concern.

•  To closely monitor your conditions, you are suggested to have some critical examinations within several days after your admission. Those examinations include ECG, X-ray, Libratory tests and others related to your medical conditions.

•  We will arrange your examinations and treatments according to the schedule and plan provided. Please keep it on hand and follow the instruction.

•  We strongly suggest you not go outside of our center except for our referral purpose. Stay over night outside of our center during your admission is not allowed.

•  Inpatient wards are No Smoking area. Please go outside if you must have your smoke.

•  We appreciate all of our guests together with us maintain a quiet and nice environments.

•  Please not leave cash and other valuable accessories at your room.

Discharge

•  MD will discuss with you about your discharge schedule according to your recovery. Please consider THREE days in advance to process your request if you have certain excuses to discontinue your program.

•  We will have your bill ready for your planned discharge. Please show all of your receipts and the balance will return to you.

•  Please make sure have all of your luggage with you once discharge. We will charge reasonable fees for any damages or lost of room facilities.
